You can cancel an offer from the Offer Summary page or in Compliance, both are detailed below. Once cancelled, you are required to upload the cancellation documentation for Compliance review. The status of the offer will be “Cancelling” until Compliance has reviewed and confirmed the cancellation.
Cancel offer on Offer Summary:
- Select Canceled from the status dropdown (see screenshot)
- Complete the dropdown Update transaction status after cancelling?
- Select the Cancel Transaction
- A red message will appear on the Offer Summary page, with a link to upload the cancellation documents. Click this link to take you directly to Compliance review
- Request Cancellation
Cancel Offer from Compliance Review:
- Select the status dropdown (see screenshot)
- Select the option “Transaction Cancellation Requested”
- Upload the Cancel Request Documentation
- Request Cancellation
