How to deal with FSBO Offers in the Side App
The Following is a workaround to allow for the creation of an offer when the listing is "for sale by owner" (FSBO).
Step 1
Navigate to the Sellers Agent contact card on the Cover Sheet
Step 2
Enter a blank space (or NA) for the required fields
Step 3
Click Update Contact
