Offers generated in the Side App provide the ability to check if the offer has been viewed by the listing agent.
To check the status:
- From the transaction, click Offer Documents located under the Generate Offer button (now displaying Update Offer)
- Click the three dots to the right of Offer Documents
- Click Statistics from the menu
