Once the offer has been sent out, you can no longer edit the documents. You will instead need to void and duplicate the documents to make edits.
To void the envelope;
- Go to the Sent Envelopes section in the Documents step.
- To the right of the envelope, click the 3 dots and select Void Envelope.
Then to revise the documents;
- Click the 3 dots again and select Duplicate Envelope or click on the individual document tile and duplicate the single document.
- Make edits to the documents in your Active Documents section.
- Once edits are made, send out for signature.
