From the Seller Countered status, the following are the possible status changes that are available when a buyer responds to a seller’s counter offer:

Buyer Countered to take the following actions:
- Reject the offer to proceed with another buyer’s offer
- Accept the offer to start the Compliance process
- Counter the offer to repeat the seller counter offer process
- Respond Later allows you to update the details of the offer with the buyer’s counter and changes the status to “Buyer Countered.” This gives you and your client time to review additional offers/counter offers before proceeding with accepting or rejecting.
- Buyer Accepted Counter to show acceptance of the offer
- Buyer Rejected to change the status to Rejected
