By default, the Side App will select the first envelope on the very bottom (same order as the Documents section). If your offer contains multiple envelopes, be sure to deselect the ones that you don’t want below.
Now that your offer is signed, here are the steps on sending it out to the listing agent:
- Click Generate Offer button
- A window will open containing all docs sent from the Side App, mimicking the grouping and order shown in the documents sections
- The Side App will select the first envelope of documents by default. Scroll to the bottom of the window and deselect if you do not want it included in the offer
- Select any other documents to include in the offer
- Click Generate
- In the next window, click the small envelope icon
- If set as default, you will be directed to your Gmail inbox where a new message will open containing a pre-generated template
- Included in the email will be a link that when clicked on, will prompt the offer documents to download
- From within the message window, edit subject field and body as needed
- Click Send
