If the seller’s Ownership type is not an Individual but a Trust or Entity, you would first select the Ownership type that is desired and continue as follows:
- If the seller holds title in a trust:
- Select Trust under Ownership
- Enter the full trust name and date as it appears on the title
- Select if the trustee is a successor trustee. If you are not sure, scroll over the “i” for more information
- If title is held by an entity such as an LLC or a corporation:
- Select Entity under Ownership Type
- Enter the entity name
