There are 3 different reasons why you can’t find a transaction:
- This transaction may have been archived. Please navigate to the appropriate tab (listings, offers, leases) and go to the archived section (top right) to search for it.
- The transaction may not have been created yet. If so, you will need to create a transaction in the appropriate tab.

You may not have access to the transaction. In this case, you would need to reach out to the transaction owner to provide you access.
