Understanding the [Needs Attention] section in the Home Page

Below table shows the different alerts you may see in your [Needs Attention] section. Check out what actions are required to proceed.

You can click on each card on the [Needs Attention] section to see all the transactions impacted.

Card Name Next steps
Commission forms needing action

You will either need to:

  • certify the transaction for instant pay
  • submit the commission form
Compliance Review incomplete

You will either need to:

  • submit the compliance review (complete required action items and submit the necessary documents to review)
  • correct rejected documents (review the compliance team’s comments to understand what needs to be addressed, and once fixed, upload the new version to the checklist)
Listing Agreements expiring soon

You may need to extend the listing agreement by sending out the appropriate documentation.

If you have already done so, update the listing end date on the cover sheet.
Envelopes need reminders

These envelopes were sent at least 3 days ago but have not been completely signed.

You can send reminders directly from the Side app by clicking on the bell icon next to the envelope.

If the envelope is no longer valid, you can void it.
