Note: Only the transaction owner is able to provide the access to their transactions.
Please reach out to the respective transaction owners to provide you with the access. Access can not be provided on an individual transaction basis. You either give visibility to all the transactions or nothing.
To provide access to your transactions from the Side App, you need to:
- Click the arrow at the top right of your Side App
- Click Account
- Click Team tab
- Toggle the two buttons to the “On” position that are located to the right of the requesting agent’s name. (Toggle to "Off" position if you want to remove access)
