Partners and Team Admins can request to add permissions to an existing team member, or create a new team member from the Side app, directly.
From your Side app, you can go to Team Management, or click the "Create New" option at the top left (shown below)
- All Partners and Team Admins have access by default, Agents will need Partner approval if access is needed
Once you click Add Team Member you will be able to select a role, add personal details.
