Why can’t I complete the “Prepare Offer on Listing” action item in Compliance Review?

In order to enable the Prepare Offer action item, you must have an accepted offer in the Offer section of your Listing. To accept an offer, 

  1. Navigate to the offer you want to accept
  2. Click Respond To Offer
  3. Select Accept Offer

You will now be able to complete the Prepare Offer on Listing action item in Compliance.
