Upload a signed Confirmation of Real Estate Agency Relationships (AC). This is required when the brokerage firm and/or licensing information in the purchase agreement is incorrect or incomplete. You should see the specific issue that is incorrect on the purchase agreement noted specifically on the AC checklist spot:

Upload the Transfer Disclosure Statement (TDS) that has been executed within the past 90 days. Trustees are only exempt if they have never owned the property in their own name or not lived in the property in the past year. REO and successor trustee are exempt. |
