You can check the ‘Tenant is self-represented’ checkbox if the tenant is not represented, but parties agree to allow for the Landlord Agent to facilitate the transaction.
The Listing Agent signature fields will be removed from the document distribution when this checkbox is selected. Landlord Agent, Landlord, and Tenant signatures will be made available.
