When creating a lease transaction, it’s important to choose the correct representation type. Below are the rules and limitations for changing your representation once a transaction has been created:
Changing Lease Representation Types:

Starting as Landlord Only:
You can change to Landlord & Tenant representation.Once updated, you cannot revert back to Landlord Only. To do so, you’ll need to cancel the transaction and create a new one representing only the Landlord.

Starting as Tenant Only:
You cannot switch to Landlord & Tenant representation.To represent both parties, cancel the transaction and create a new one with the correct representation selected.

Starting as Landlord & Tenant:
You cannot change to just Landlord or just Tenant representation.To make a change, you’ll need to cancel the transaction and recreate it with the correct representation type.
