If you are representing both Tenant and Landlord (in a double sided lease transaction), create a Lease transaction and select the Landlord & Tenant representation type.
You have the ability for Lease transaction creation, document review (signatures), and distribution to both parties to the transaction in order for them to sign and execute the same documents within the same Lease transaction in the Side App.
Only one compliance file will need to be submitted and one commission form completed.
