If you do not have all the required docs, upload the documents you have and note the file accordingly.
To note the file, you can do so in one of two places.
- Under Transaction Notes within Compliance Review
- TC View of the file within Compliance Review checklist - click the comment box and add a note
For compliance purposes, it is important that your lease agreement and supplemental documents are loaded into the Side app prior to the move in date, as you cannot request additional signatures from the tenants after they have moved in.
