Payments Center is designed to help you stay on task by prioritizing commission forms that have not yet been submitted. The commission form will become available 10 days prior to the transaction’s close of escrow(COE) date.
If you’re unable to access the commission form via Payments Center, it may be because the form is not yet available, or because the minimum compliance requirements for the transaction has not yet been met.
Minimum compliance requirements: The transaction needs to be submitted for Compliance review with all required action items complete & at least 1 document uploaded in Compliance review checklist.
