‘Needs Attention’ tab
The ‘Needs Attention’ tab allows you to filter your transaction list down to only those where action is needed in order for commissions to be paid on time.
- Transactions approaching close of escrow(COE) if the commission form has not yet been submitted.
- Instant Pay eligible transactions on or after COE that have not yet been 'certified'
‘Closing Soon’ tab
The ‘Closing Soon’ tab allows you to filter your transaction list down to only those approaching the close of escrow(COE) date which do not need any action taken to have commissions paid on time (the commission form has already been submitted).
‘Payments in Progress’ tab
The ‘Payments in Progress’ tab provides a convenient view of only transactions following close of escrow(COE) with commission payments in progress.
- Transactions following COE when Side has not yet received funds from the settlement company.
- Transactions when Side has received funds from the settlement company, but hasn’t yet distributed commission payments.
‘Payments Complete' tab
The ‘Payments Complete' tab allows you to filter your transaction list down to those with all commissions paid at any point in the past.
