Payments Center displays all of your transactions conveniently under the ‘All Payments’ tab.
Transactions will first display in Payments Center once the minimum compliance requirements are met.
Minimum compliance requirements: The transaction needs to be submitted for Compliance review with all required action items complete & at least 1 document uploaded in Compliance review checklist.
- Partners have additional access to see all transactions for their entire brand.
- Team leads can see all transactions for agents on their sub-team.
- Associates can see all transactions they are listed as a transacting agent for.
- Delegates are able to see all transactions only for agents they have delegated commission form access for. Some delegates may have commission form access for multiple agents across multiple brands or sub-teams.
If you are not seeing a transaction that you believe you should be, confirm the following:
- You are listed as a transacting agent: Agents can be added to a transaction via the transaction’s cover sheet or commission form.
- You have commission form access (or delegated commission form access for a transacting agent on the transaction).
