The automated emails are sent from compliance review as reminders to upload any outstanding required docs and to update the closing date, or other transaction details such as sales, if it has changed.
If no outstanding documents or closing dates have been changed, then no action is necessary and the TC can disregard.
Note:
- It is very important to include all relevant information about the transaction including 3rd party referral agreement (i.e. ZillowFlex, OpCity).
- Closing Statement is required for the file to be archived on the 8th day after closing.
