If a transaction has the same agent on both sides, the listing / landlord side should be submitted to compliance and not the offer / tenant. This ensures that all requirements are met and will eliminate duplicative work on your end.
If it is not the same agent on both sides, but they just have the same name, please select Continue to Compliance in that case.
