You can reset your password by following these steps:
Input your Username, which is your Side Brand email address, and click “Next”
Click “Forgot password?”
Click “Send me an email”
You will then receive the following message on your screen. The password reset email is sent both to your Side Brand Email and Personal Email that’s associated with your Okta account.
Find the email with the subject like “Account password reset”.
Click the “Reset Password” link.
You will then be prompted to verify your identity with your phone. Click “Receive a code via SMS” or “Receive a voice call instead”
After you receive the code, enter it on the next screen and click “Verify”.
