How to Connect Side Branded Email to Outlook Mail App

1. Open the “Outlook App”
2. If never signed in prior, select “Add Account”
3. Select “Add Google Account”
4. Input your “Side Branded Email”
5. You will then get a prompt saying “Your Google Account is managed by sideinc.com” Click “Accept”
6. You will then be prompted to login to OKTA, this may seem redundant, but doing this will allow the Outlook app to communicate with your Side Branded Email.
7. After OKTA verifies the account login, you will see a new prompt “Microsoft apps & services wants access to your Google Account” scroll to the bottom and select “Allow”
8. Now it will ask you if you need to add another, select “Maybe Later”
9. You have successfully linked your Side Branded Email to your Outlook mail app!

Sign in to your Google Workspace account in the Gmail app on Android

1. Open up “Gmail” app
2. Click Got It
3. Click Add another email address
4. Click Google
5. Type in your Side branded email address
6. You will then get a prompt saying “Your Google Account is managed by sideinc.com” Click “Accept”
7. You will then be prompted to login to OKTA, this may seem redundant, but doing this will allow the Outlook app to communicate with your Side Branded Email
8. After successfully logging into Okta, click Take me to Gmail
9. You have successfully linked your Side Branded Email to your Gmail mail app!
