First thing to check if you are having issues logging into Side App is making sure you are using your Side provisioned email that was set up for you. Please try logging in with your Side provided email via https://sideagent.okta.com/ as it is the recommended method and the most secure way to access the Side App.
If you are using the Side provisioned email and still having trouble logging into the Side App, try resetting your account password. To do this,
- Enter your Side Brand Email and click “Next”
- Click “Forgot password”?
- Click “Send me an email”
- The password reset email is sent both to your Side Brand Email and Personal Email that’s associated with your Okta account.
- Find the email with the subject like “Account password reset”.
- Click the “Reset Password” link.
- Click “Receive a code via SMS” or “Receive a voice call instead”
- After you receive the code, enter it on the next screen and click “Verify”.
- You will create a new password.
