If your listing expires and an extension is not uploaded, we will cancel the listing. You should receive emails about the approaching listing expiration date before it actually cancels.
If you do get the extension executed, send us an email to help@side.com to reactivate the listing and then follow the below 2 steps to update.
- Upload the extension of listing or modification of terms extending the listing to the checklist in Compliance Review
- Update/Change the Listing expiration date in transaction details to reflect the new expiration date
