Emails that are cc’d on completed DocuSign envelopes can be updated via the Side App Account Settings.
- Click the Account menu in the upper right corner of the Side App
- Click Account
- Click DocuSign Options under Profile to open the DocuSign menu
- In the DocuSign CC Email Address field, update the information.
If you are not the transacting agent but need to receive a copy of the completed Docusign documents sent from the Side App, you would need to be listed on the agent's Docusign cc'd field.
