| Closing date is not within 10 days | Wait until the closing date is within 10 days. |
| Transaction is within the day of close of escrow (from midnight day of COE) | This form is now in read-only view. If you need to make additional changes, please reach out to the Support team. |
| Closing has been updated and is within 10 days but still not getting access to form | Wait for about 20 minutes for the system to sync. |
| Outstanding action items within Compliance review |
Please complete all required action item & upload at least 1 document to Compliance review. Note: The transaction needs to be submitted for Compliance review with all required action items complete & at least 1 document uploaded in Compliance review checklist |
| Delegate assignment is incorrect in the system | Please reach out to the Support team. |
| You may not be on the transaction | Please reach out to the transaction owner to add you in the Cover Sheet and the Commission form. |
