To pay a portion of your commission to someone on your team, please use “Agent to Agent Fee”.
This fee type allows you to move funds from one agent to another agent on the same team.
The fee value cannot exceed 25% of GCI. If it exceeds 25%, then you will need to add the other party as a transacting agent or adjust the allocation accordingly.
Complete the following fields to add Agent to Agent Fee on the commission form:
- Fee Type: Select Fee type as Agent to Agent Fee
- Amount: Enter the $ value of the fee
- Paid To: Select the correct Agent or Team
- Paid By: Select the correct Agent or Team
