There are four referral options to choose from on the commission form:
1. Side Agent: Referral paid to another agent on a Side team.
2. External Agent: Referral paid to an agent at an outside brokerage (e.g. Compass).
- External Agent: Type in the brokerage name and the referring agent’s name
- Search Address: Enter the address of the brokerage in the “Search Address”, it will automatically pull a valid address for selection
3. External Company: Outgoing referral paid to third party brokerage (e.g. Redfin).
- Referring Company Name: Name of the external company like Redfin

Mailing Address: Enter the address of the brokerage with City, State and Zip code
4. Referral Company: Company that generates leads for agents and requires a fixed referral amount, such as Zillow Flex, OpCity, Dave Ramsey
- Referring Company Name: Name of the external company like Redfin
- Mailing Address: Enter the address of the brokerage with City, State and Zip code
Note: Zillow requires us to submit the OTP (order to pay) transaction ID with our disbursements. Please enter in the ZIllow ID in the indicated field.
