For Founding partners:
After a commission form is first submitted, founding partners will receive a commission statement in their email inbox that they, or their delegated administrator, should review for accuracy.
Just like for their agents, if the commission form is revised and resubmitted, all agents on the deal will receive an updated commission statement in their inboxes reflecting the revision.
For Associates:
Now agents will be sent an email invitation (unless partners do not want their associates involved in the commissions process) to submit their commission form 10 days prior to close of escrow (COE) or you can access the form via the Side App. They can then input all transaction details (disclosing all fees & referrals) into the commission form, and submit for review. After which they will receive their automatically generated commission statement in their inbox. If the commission needs to be adjusted at any point, the agent or TC can revise and resubmit the commission form, resulting in a newly generated statement. Form will be locked from midnight day of COE.
