Previously TCs typically submitted commission forms, acting as a middleman to make sure that payments were accurate and approved.
With this update, Side has created a brand new tool for commissions that gives partners the flexibility to determine their level of involvement in the commissions process. The commission form can be submitted, reviewed, and approved not only by TCs but also by Founding/Associate partners. Instead of needing to rely on others to correct or update a commission form, agents can now easily make edits themselves. If an agent gets their commission statement and everything looks fine, they no longer have to go through a formal approval process.
