Reactivating Your Digital Campaign Builder or ActivePipe Access
What to do when your Okta account has been reactivated but Digital Campaign Builder or ActivePipe still shows you as locked out.
Why This Happens
Digital Campaign Builder (DCB) and ActivePipe access is tied to your Okta account status. If your Okta account was paused, suspended, or deactivated — for example, during an offboarding review, an inactive-agent status change, or a security hold — your Growth Tools access is disabled along with it. Unlocking or reactivating your Okta login on its own does not always restore Growth Tools access automatically, since the two systems sync on a delay.
Requesting Reactivation
- Confirm your Okta account itself is active and you can sign in to sideagent.okta.com.
- If Digital Campaign Builder or ActivePipe still shows as locked or unavailable from the Okta dashboard, contact Side Support via chat or help@side.com.
- Include your Side Brand Email and confirm whether the issue is with Digital Campaign Builder, ActivePipe, or both.
- Support will confirm your account is in active status and manually trigger a re-sync of your Growth Tools access.
What Happens to Saved Drafts
Draft campaigns and blueprints saved in Digital Campaign Builder before your access was paused are generally preserved and become visible again once access is restored. They are not deleted by a pause or deactivation.
Common Questions
My Okta password works but Digital Campaign Builder says my access was reactivated but I still can't get in?
This is the sync delay described above. Contact Support if it's been more than one business day since your Okta account was reactivated.
Can my team Partner restore my Growth Tools access directly?
No — Partners don't have a self-service tool for this. Direct the agent to Side Support.
If the underlying issue is your Okta login itself rather than Growth Tools access, start there.
