Q. How can I add photos to my transaction on the Side app?
A. We automatically pull photos from the MLS (in available markets). You can manually add photos by editing the cover photo of your transaction in the Side app. This will give to the ability to upload all of your photos directly into the app.
Q. Is drag and drop going away?
A. No. It stays fully supported. Autofill is an added option for anyone who wants it, so nobody is blocked.
Q. Manual mapping is a lot. Who can do it for me?
A. We recommend that only advanced users leverage manual mapping. Everyone else should leverage AI Auto-Match or pre-mapped templates in the Side Template Studio
Q. Can we download the Side App listing template?
A. Yes, you can import it via this link. You can find a copy of the template on the Side Template Studio under property marketing.
