On January 30th ActivePipe enhanced their data feed to unlock all MLS areas in Market Insights, including zip codes, cities, neighborhoods, and more! If you can filter by an area in Moxi, now you can also filter by the same area inActivePipe as long as those areas are associated with your MLS membership. Plus, you can now use new data points like average and median listing prices and average days on market in your emails.
Please note that if you previously used Market Insights in your email template please remove and re-add it in order to ensure your email is connected to the latest data update.
