First, confirm your listing is visible on Realtor.com. If it is not visible, then check your listing to ensure your listing is set to “public” directly on the MLS.
Once you confirm the listing is public and still are not seeing the listing within Side’s systems, please contact help@side.com with:
- Property address
- MLS ID
- List date
- Sold date (within the last 3 months)
- Approximate list time
- Name of the MLS that the listing originated from
- Link from Realtor.com (helpful for troubleshooting)
