You will need to mark the commission form that it is a personal transaction and our Commissions team will ensure that it qualifies and is processed without fees.
A “Personal Transaction” is defined as a single family residence or condominium
purchased or sold by the Licensee or first-degree relative in which the Licensee acts as
the buying or listing agent without Side charging the Licensee a Broker fee. A
“first-degree relative” is defined as a spouse, parent, brother, sister, or adult child of
Licensee or Licensee’s spouse. Personal Transactions exclude multi-family and
commercial properties, as well as referrals. The number of Personal Transactions allowed
is defined in each Licensee’s ICA. If a Licensee’s ICA does not contain any personal
transactions clause in Exhibit A, the Licensee is not permitted any Personal Transactions.
Personal transactions are limited to two per calendar year.
