Active listings can now remain in Side Listings. Your listing will be automatically removed from Side Listings if any of the following occur:
- An offer is fully accepted
- The listing status changes to one that is no longer eligible (e.g., Pending, Closed, Cancelled)
If none of these apply, your listing will stay in Side Listings regardless of whether it's active on the MLS.
