At what transaction file stage can I order Clear NHD through Compliance Review?

Clear NHD ordering functionality becomes available after:

  1. The required documents have been uploaded, and

  2. The listing file has been submitted for Compliance Review.

Compliance Reminder:

To remain RESPA compliant, you must first verify that the seller has signed the ABA and has elected to use Clear NHD on their listing before placing the order.
