How do I cancel an Ad Campaign in DCB?

To cancel an ad campaign,

1. Select “Retargeting” or “Search” and select “Program.”
2. Click on the ad campaign you want to cancel and click “Cancel Campaign.”

Note: Ad cancelation can be requested at any time; the ad will run until the end of the current billing cycle.

If you request an ad cancellation within the last 10 days of your billing cycle and you have been already charged your next cycle, the ad will run until the end of the current cycle, and you will be refunded any advanced charge for your upcoming billing cycle.
