While you have the ability to set up auto communications to your social ad leads once they complete the related form, these auto communications should not be used. They don’t allow your leads to reply directly to you. Instead, please manage all follow up with your leads via your Follow Up Boss platform (where your leads should be funneling into if you’ve completed steps 1-4 above), so you can track any activity and communication with them!
