Check out the criteria needed to upload an audience:
- Your .csv must be made up of 1 single column
- The title or name of the column must be “Email” in the top row. It cannot be plural (emails) or any other name to succeed
- All rows of your .csv must be populated with valid emails. If there are blank rows or rows filled with non-email text, then you will be unable to upload the file
Pro Tip: If you’re getting an error, make sure that your .csv didn’t add a title above your header. It’s kind of funky, but you can see it in Numbers (if you’re on a Mac). In a pinch, upload your list into google sheets, make sure everything looks ok, then export it as a .csv again to fix!
