An audience is a database of who you’d like your ad to target.
You should create a .csv file of email addresses from your database. This has a very specific format – it needs to be a SINGLE column, with the column header “email” and simply a list of emails in the cells in the first column.
You will need to save this file in .csv format, then it can be uploaded into the audiences section in Campaign Builder.
