You can drag and drop one of two different types of Insights into your emails to incorporate live market data: Charts & Statistics.
Charts displays a line or bar graph including data of one of the following metrics over time:
- Average & Median Listing Prices
- Listing vs Sold Price %
- Listing Volume
- Average Days on Market
Statistics displays up to four of the following metrics from your selected market area:
- Average List Price
- Average Sold Price
- Median Listing Price
- Median Sold Price
- List vs Sold Price
- New Listings
- Sold Listings
- Average Days on Market
