Why are my Follow Up Boss(FUB) contacts not showing in ActivePipe?
Contacts sync automatically after you add a tag to the contact in Follow Up Boss. The tag can be any tag that makes sense for your business. Syncing contacts the first time can take up to 2 hours. Updates after the first time a contact has been added to ActivePipe may take up to 24 hours to display in your ActivePipe account.
If a contact is not automatically syncing, please check to confirm the contact has been tagged. Follow Up Boss stages, including the ‘Trash’ stage, do not sync to ActivePipe.
