It is not possible to set up an alias within the system. Emails can only be sent from the connected email associated with a gmail inbox. Follow Up Boss does not work with aliases or Google group emails.
I have an alternate (alias) email? Can I make this appear as my “from” when sending emails to agents through Follow Up Boss?
