You can securely view and update your saved bank account anytime in the account section of the Side app. Any saved bank account details will be displayed securely for review, or you can add your bank account by clicking the ‘Manage Bank Accounts’ button. As an additional security measure when adding or updating your bank account, you’ll be prompted to re-authenticated (log in) before you can submit and save your bank details. You can also enter an optional account ‘nickname’ for future reference.
When you’re first onboarded to the Side app, you’ll receive a notification from no-reply@side.com asking you to save your bank account information for commission payments. This notification (below) will direct you to the account section of the Side app to add your bank account details (see above).
Once your bank account details are securely saved, you’ll receive a confirmation notification for added security and transparency (below)
