During the onboarding process, you will be assisted with securely adding your bank account information directly to the payment platform and digitally completing a W-9 tax form. After this information is securely added to your record, payments can be issued automatically.
Commission payments are generally sent to agents within 1 business day of Side receiving the funds from the settlement company. After a payment is sent, you will receive a detailed payout summary email.
