What Is LennarTrack?

LennarTrack is a third-party builder transaction portal used by Lennar (a new-construction homebuilder) to manage new-build sales, buyer referrals, and closing documentation. It's not part of the Side App — it's a separate system some agents log into when they work a new-construction deal.

Like most secure portals, LennarTrack sends a one-time passcode (OTP) by email any time someone tries to log in. If you've received one of these codes at your Side email address, it means a LennarTrack account is currently registered with that address.

Why the Codes Land in Your Side Inbox

This almost always happens because a Side email address (yours or a Side alias) was entered as the contact email when a LennarTrack account or new-build referral was set up — often during onboarding to a builder deal, or when a teammate set up the account on your behalf.

Once that email is on file with LennarTrack, every login attempt — yours or, in some cases, someone else's — triggers a one-time code sent to that address.

How to Fix It

1. Log in to your LennarTrack account (using the emailed code if needed).
2. Go to your account or profile settings inside LennarTrack.
3. Update the contact/login email to your personal or preferred business email — not your Side address.
4. If you don't recognize the LennarTrack account at all, or can't log in to update it, contact LennarTrack support directly using the number in the code email — Side cannot reset or manage LennarTrack account settings.

A Note on Wire Fraud Advisories

LennarTrack's automated emails include a standard wire fraud warning. This is a good reminder, not a sign anything is wrong with your account: never send or accept wiring instructions based solely on an email. Always verbally confirm wire instructions with a known, trusted phone number before any funds move, on every transaction — new-build or resale.
