New York: Third-Party Systems
NY agents work with a set of platforms that are specific to the New York market — here's what each one is for, how you get access, and who to contact for help.
Your NY System Stack
In addition to the standard Side tools, NY agents are set up with a specific set of third-party platforms that reflect New York's unique market — from REBNY listing syndication to co-op board packages to Hamptons-specific MLS tools. Not every NY agent needs every system — which ones you get depends on your market and team.
RLS listing syndication and REBNY interface. Used for entering listings, CMAs, and syndicating to the REBNY RLS. Replaced Perchwell in Q4 2024.
Board package preparation tool. Used when a buyer needs to submit a co-op or condo board application package. Also known as Board Packager.
East End Long Island MLS — the primary listing platform for the Hamptons market. Setup handled by Side's BrokerOps team.
Consumer listing platform widely used by NYC buyers. Profile creation and management is handled directly by the agent with StreetEasy.
RealPlus All NY Agents
RealPlus is the platform NY agents use to enter listings and syndicate them to the REBNY RLS (the NYC residential listing service). It replaced Perchwell in Q4 2024 and is accessible through your Okta dashboard once your account is set up.
Access & Setup
RealPlus access is provisioned by Side's onboarding team when you join. Typical setup time is 1 business day. Once your account is active, you'll find RealPlus in your Okta dashboard as a tile.
REBNY Membership Requirement
This is the most important thing to know before your account can be created:
What RealPlus Is Used For
| Use Case | Detail |
|---|---|
| Listing syndication | Listings entered in RealPlus syndicate to the REBNY RLS — NYC's equivalent of an MLS. |
| CMAs | Comparative market analysis tools for pricing conversations with sellers. |
| Inventory search | Browse active REBNY inventory for buyer searches. |
| Listing presentations | Present market data and listing proposals to prospective seller clients. |
For technical issues, how-to questions, or feature guidance within RealPlus, contact RealPlus support directly via their Zendesk portal at realplusonline.zendesk.com.
Domicile NYC
Domicile (formerly known as Board Packager) is a board package preparation tool used when representing a buyer purchasing a co-op or condo that requires board approval. It organises and formats the buyer's financial and personal documents into the package format required by the building's board.
Access & Setup
Domicile accounts are provisioned by Side's onboarding team for agents who work with co-op and condo transactions. Typical setup time is 1 business day. If you're already onboarded and need Domicile access, contact help@side.com.
When You Use It
Domicile is used specifically for co-op and condo board applications — not for all NY transactions. If your buyer is purchasing a standard townhome or non-board-approval property, you won't need it. Your team lead or Partner can help you determine when a board package is required for a specific building.
For questions about using Domicile for a specific transaction or board package, contact Domicile support directly at their website.
StreetEasy By Request
StreetEasy is a consumer-facing listing platform widely used by NYC buyers and renters to search for properties. Having an agent profile on StreetEasy helps with buyer visibility and lead generation in the NYC market.
Access & Setup
StreetEasy setup is by request only and is handled directly between you and StreetEasy — Side does not provision StreetEasy accounts. Contact StreetEasy using the details below to create or update your profile.
| Profile Type | Contact |
|---|---|
| Standard StreetEasy agent profile | PartnerSupport@StreetEasy.com |
| StreetEasy Experts profile | experts@streeteasy.com |
Your Partner or team lead can also help you assess whether a StreetEasy Experts profile makes sense for your business based on your market focus and lead strategy.
EELI — East End Long Island Hamptons Agents
EELI (East End Long Island MLS) is the primary listing platform for the Hamptons market. It's the de facto MLS for East End Long Island and is used for listing syndication, inventory search, and market data in the Hamptons.
Access & Setup
EELI accounts are provisioned by Side's BrokerOps team during onboarding for agents working in the Hamptons market. You do not contact EELI directly — Side handles the account creation process on your behalf.
If you need EELI access and haven't been set up yet, contact help@side.com to initiate the setup process.
Common Questions
First confirm your REBNY membership email matches your Side branded email address exactly. If they don't match, update your REBNY membership email first. If they do match and you still can't access RealPlus, contact help@side.com — your account may not yet be provisioned.
Perchwell was replaced by RealPlus in Q4 2024. RealPlus is now the platform used for RLS listing syndication and REBNY tools. Access it through your Okta dashboard. If you don't see the RealPlus tile, contact help@side.com.
Not necessarily. RealPlus is provisioned for all NY agents. Domicile is for agents working co-op and condo transactions. EELI is for Hamptons agents only. StreetEasy is by request and is set up directly by the agent. Your onboarding team will confirm which systems apply to your market.
Most NY systems are provisioned as part of your onboarding, typically within 1 business day each. If you've completed onboarding and are missing access to a system, contact help@side.com and specify which platform you need access to.
In most states, listings are syndicated directly through the Side App via connected MLS feeds. In New York, syndication to the REBNY RLS works through RealPlus — you enter the listing there and it syndicates to the RLS. The Side App is still used for transaction management, compliance, and commission processing.
